Samsung's current status as one of the reputable electronics vendors. What is the key to a successful South Korean company? One is in terms of motivating employees.
Lee Kun Hee, Chief Samsung Samsung Group stated that employees should not be satisfied even at the height and should always be in a state of crisis. Therefore, competition in the industry is very tight.
"Awareness of the crisis is a necessity all the time," said Lee, who quoted from Yonhap News, Sunday (04/07/2013). According to him, Samsung had to work and think harder than ever.
Lee himself is known as a key figure of the resurrection of Samsung. About two decades ago, he became the leader of Samsung after the death of his father and founder, Lee Byung-Chull.
In 1993, he gathered top Samsung executives at a meeting in Germany. Lee asked them to change anything for the success of Samsung, except to change the child and wife.
Since then, Lee has always stressed that the crisis should not make threats Samsung complacent. Although Samsung's earnings record, Lee said they should immediately forget it and prepare for a successful future challenges.
